By creating a MerchantTech account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service description

MerchantTech provides a unified inbox platform that aggregates conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram into a single real-time dashboard, along with lightweight CRM, read-only ad insights, and team collaboration tools.

The platform is provided on a subscription basis with tiered plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise). Feature availability varies by plan. We reserve the right to modify features or pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in Nigerian Naira (₦) via Paystack. Prices are as published on our pricing page at the time of subscription. Annual plans receive a discount equivalent to approximately two months free.

The 14-day free trial on the Growth plan requires no credit card. At the end of the trial, you may choose a plan or your account will be restricted to trial-expired status. No charges are made without your explicit selection of a plan and entry of payment details.

Add-ons (extra profiles, extra seats, history extension, priority support) are billed monthly in addition to your base plan.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months, except where required by Nigerian consumer protection law.

9. Intellectual property

The MerchantTech platform, including its code, design, and branding, is our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your data, including messages and customer information. We claim no ownership over your business data.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith, followed by mediation, and finally by the competent courts in Lagos, Nigeria if unresolved.

11. Changes to these terms

We will notify you of material changes to these terms via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
